VFS Global Form Numbers Explained: Form I, Form J and Form V

If you’ve started a passport or visa application through a VFS Global application centre, you may have come across references to specific supplementary forms — most commonly Form I, Form J and Form V. These forms aren’t part of the standard application paperwork; they only come into play in particular circumstances, and knowing which one applies to you can save you a wasted trip to the application centre.
